Please allow anything between 48 hours to 7 workdays before orders of a few systems may arrive. Sometimes delays happen which are out of our control, and then one or a few extra days may occure.

We always try to send out all orders as soon as possible, and our hope is to get all orders to our customers with 96 hours.

In the case there are damages to the goods, please report these damages directly to FedEx International Express in your country.

We do not take returns. Due to the fact that all our products are custom made for our customers, we can not take any returns or chargebacks.
