- What is included in the price?
All our products are complete with sign-system, picture
print on high quality material, carrying bag and worldwide shipping. The price
you see in our webshop is the price you pay - no hidden fees!
In the case of import taxes that your customs may add,
this is something out of our control. We always mark our shipments according to
legal standards. Any possible import taxes must be payed by the customer. Please
check with your customs for more information.
- Can I email or call in my order?
In the case you want to order more than a few systems,
we can calculate a bulk-price for you. In those cases, please contact us via
email or phone.
In all other cases, with orders for a few systems -
please use our webshop for easy and fast deliveries.
- When will I get my products?
All our products are delivered by FedEx International
Express. An ordinary order may be delivered as fast as within 48 hours. In the
case that you order more system, or you are located in a more remote area,
deliveries can take up to seven days.
Please allow a full week for delivery before contacting
us about your order. We process our orders in the order they arrive, and we
process them immediatly. It is important for AsiaSigns.com that you get your
order as fast as we possibly can get it to you.
- What material do you need from me?
After you placed your order, we will need a proper
digital original file. This file may be a low-compressed JPG-file or a PDF-file.
We can NOT take Word-documents, InDesign, QuarkXpress, GIF or any other file
format. Pictures should be 150-300 DPI.
All files need to be in proper format - please see the
product for details on how big size the original file need to be in.
We can only process orders with correct original files.
In the case you do not deliver an original or the original file is not complete,
your order will be delayed.
When you have placed an order in our webshop you will
get an email with the order information. In that email are details on how to
upload your original file to us. Please check these instructions carefully.
Always enter your Order Number (located in the email) in any contact or upload
of files.
- Can AsiaSigns.com create the original
for us?
Yes, we can! We have a long experience on creating
originals for print. If we get your logotype, photos and texts, we can put this
together to an original that may be printed on your products. Please allow at
least 48 hours for creation of originals. Also, please allow up to 72 hours for
confirmation on the original, and any additional edits.
We charge a start up cost of $50 for each original file,
and an hourly price of $40 for every hour started. This needs to be payed via
PayPal before the product goes into production.
- What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we use PayPal for all our payments, and via
PayPal we also accept the major credit cards, as VISA and MasterCard. All orders
are payed directly when checking out the shopping cart.
PayPal is one of the worlds largest and most secure ways
to pay online. We do not have any control over the PayPal website. All payments
are done on their website, not on ours, which means that we never see your
credit card data or any other economical information.
